Henri-Paul Lemaitre is nominated administrator of the CEPANI

Henri-Paul Lemaitre is nominated administrator of the CEPANI at the General Assembly of 8 June 2017. Admitted at the Brussels Bar, he specialises in litigation and international arbitration, and is a partner of Lazareff Le Bars Belgique.


The CEPANI, established in 1969, is the Belgian Centre for Arbitration and Mediation.

Certified by the ICC in Belgian, the Centre organises arbitral and mediation proceedings, and promotes arbitration and other alternative dispute resolution mechanisms by organising events and publishing journals and manuals.
