Provisional Measures in Investment Arbitration: Wading through the Murky Waters of Enforcement

A new article on Provisional Measures in Investment Arbitration co-authored by Benoit Le Bars and Tejas Shiroor, published by the Indian Journal of Arbitration Law in its Volume 6 Issue 1, is now available online.


This article discusses the current means by which provisional measures in investment arbitration are enforced by both arbitral tribunals and national courts, and identifies the difficulties associated with their enforcement.


This article is of considerable interest, both from an academic and practical standpoint, to lawyers practicing international arbitration.
