ICC YAF: New Trends In Investment Arbitration

On the occasion of the Frankfurt Investment Arbitration Moot Court, the ICC Young Arbitrators Forum (YAF) organized on 8 March 2016 in Frankfurt am Main a conference to allow participants to meet specialists acting in the field of investment arbitration.

Investment arbitration is one of the fastest developing branches of international law. The conference featured a keynote speech followed by a panel of investment arbitration practitioners who shared their perspectives on the latest trends and recent changes of the legal framework in the field of investment arbitration.
