The 13th edition of the ICLG, the International Comparative Legal Guide on International Arbitration, was released in August.
Lazareff Le Bars was in charge of the publication’s French chapter which was drafted by Benoit Le Bars and Joseph Dalmasso.
Published annually, this comparative guide is prepared by several law and arbitration professionals around the world, and provides an overview of the international arbitration practices in 47 jurisdictions.
The guide is published by the Global Legal Group, in partnership with Commercial Dispute Resolution (CDR), with contributions from fifty law firms worldwide.
