On October 12-13, 2016, Benoit Le Bars, founding partner of Lazareff Le Bars, is speaking at the 5th Asia Pacific ADR Conference, held in Seoul, Korea, and jointly hosted by the UNCITRAL Regional Centre for Asia and the Pacific, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Korea, the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board (KCAB), the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) and the Seoul International Dispute Resolution Center (SIDRC).
This conference aims to highlight the future challenges of international arbitration and new developments that are influencing today’s international practices.
Benoit Le Bars will participate in a session on October 12 entitled, “Different Perceptions of International Arbitration in Different Jurisdictions” and will be joined by international arbitrators from different jurisdictions around the world to provide insight on how the language of arbitration can impact the conduct of proceedings.
