The law firm Lazareff Le Bars, internationally renowned experts in arbitration, announces the arrival, in Paris, of Jennifer Juvénal, as Of Counsel, within its international investments practice.
As a holder of two DESS degrees and an attorney registered with the Paris Bar, Jennifer Juvénal has been practising for over 10 years. She advises clients on their international expansion, especially on the African continent. Jennifer has an established experience in socially responsible infrastructure projects, notably in the energy and waste recycling sectors.
She advises at all stages of a project (feasibility studies and structuring, negotiation and conclusion of key contracts, fundraising, execution and operational monitoring). She also assists public authorities with their growth strategies and in the development of their infrastructure.
Jennifer Juvénal is a lawyer who works in French, English, and Italian. She has been awarded by African authorities for her commitment to the development of sustainable projects in Africa. In 2016, she received an honorary diploma from his Excellency the Prime Minister of Senegal, MAHAMMED BOUN ABDALLAH DIONNE.
She will work in collaboration with the international arbitration team of the firm, which allows for important synergies, given her Africa expertise.
On this occasion, Benoit Le Bars states that: “I am delighted with the arrival of Jennifer Juvénal in our team. She will strengthen our capabilities as strategic counsel in international investments, especially concerning the African continent where we have already acted in over 43 countries.”
